Hi Carl,

it seems there's a mismatch between your db-tables backups and contents.

You should     select * from backups where object_id=61238278
to get HL_NAME and LL_NAME of the file.

then select * from contents where file_name='{HL_NAME}  {LL_NAME}'
to see whether the file exists on any volume.

It might be that there's a damaged volume that should be audited or, I'm
sorry to say this,
you might have to audit your db.
