unfortunatly the client Im at is still at server 3.1.2.1 (see status output)

ADSM Server for AIX-RS/6000 - Version 3, Release 1, Level 2.1

I know this level is way behind and probably has lots of reclamation and 
expiration issues.
Is it safe to just upgrade to the latest level and run the audit reclaim 
utilities as described in the README's. Any advice on doing this upgrade would 
be appreciated.

they stayed at this level because they y2k certified everything at this level 
and never applied any ptfs.
