Although your question is quite old, I don't see that it has been answered.
This is the explanation of both services:
ADSM CLIENT ACCEPTOR serves the Web client Java applet to the Web browser,
it has to be active if you plan to use the Web client interface. In windows
Nt is a service that has to be set to automatic, it is installed as a manual
service.
ADSM REMOTE CLIENT AGENT performs the client functions initiated with the
Web client interface. The aceptor starts the agent when the client functions
are initiated through the Web client interface, so you can leave it as a
manual service.
You can find this information in the redbook "getting started with ADSM: a
practical implementation guide" that is very good.
