To stop it happening, you either need to make your dasdpool big enough, so that
your overnight backups do not fill the pool and then you can migrate off during
the day, or you need to trigger migration at a lower threshold.
We happily run migration alonside our backups and that way we can keep the size
of our dasdpools to  a reasonable level.
