According to the tivoli web site all 3.1 Client are Y2k compliant provided
they are used with a y2k compliant ADSM Server.

        Does anyone remember if the V3.1.0.3 client code was Y2K compliant.
We've
        just finished update AIX and the ADSM server to compliance, but I
can't
        remember about this older client code.  We don't want to have to
update the
        old clients in a hurry if it isn't necessary.
