Try using mov drm * wherestat=mou tost=cou
then do it again but with the wherestat=cou tost=vau that way drm will check
the vol out automatically

Subject: Vol ABL096 currently in use
Can anyone please help????
I'm fairly new to ADSM and am experiencing the following problem.
I'm trying to check out a DBB volume (with a mountable status) using the
command "move drm tostate=vault wait=yes" and then "checkout libv" to enable
it to be sent offsite. To these commands I get the following errors:
11/11/1999 10:05:35 ANR6696I MOVE DRMEDIA: CHECKOUT LIBVOLUME for volume
ABL096 in library 3590_LIB starting.
11/11/1999 10:05:35 ANR8442E CHECKOUT LIBVOLUME: Volume ABL096 in library
3590_LIB is currently in use.
11/11/1999 10:05:35 ANR6698E MOVE DRMEDIA: CHECKOUT LIBVOLUME for volume
ABL096 in library 3590_LIB failed.
This to me would appear that the volume is as it says "in use", but this
volume is NOT mounted in any drive. I have tried tried to issue the Move
DRM command with a different status (eg not mountable) but still get the
same response.
If you try and query the volume no match is found, and I've even tried a
dismount volume but that doesn't work either. It appears that it is stuck
in some sort of limbo state.
Does anyone have any ideas as they would be gratefully appreciated.
Thanks
