In fact, you can issue a

restore volume volname preview=yes and ADSM will tell you which volumes are
required.  Fetch them.  Then you can perform the restore volume without the
preview.  The output of the preview will be in the activity log.

The restore volume will update the access of the volume to destroyed for
you.  You can also set it yourself:

update vol volname access=destroyed.
