Did you check the activity log?!? Looks like you needed a tape which is not
currently in the silo ---- look for actlog messages around your session, for
a tape mount that didn't get satisfied. (There's nothing to restart -- your
session terminated due to unavailable media; restartable restores are
created when a network connection gets broken, as in switch failure, etc.)
