Errors backing up NT files that are in use.

Subject: Errors backing up NT files that are in use.

I am backing up a directory in NT 4.0 and only 6 of the 9 files back up. I
receive a message stating that the files are in use by another process. I
checked the management class and changed the serialization parameter from
shrstatic to dynamic. Is there something else I am overlooking??
