OK, never had this problem before so hopefully someone can help me out. Using 
3570 tape system and trying to checkin some new tapes. I have done this 
procedure before without a problem. Until now. I check them in to the library 
as scratches but when ADSM goes to use them it can't and the tape status is 
changed to private. Any suggestions?
