Jerry, Omar,

both of you have dad reproduceable "internal server error".

I had this already twice - although the error messages were not
exactly same, but circumstances were.
Both times I could help myself by:

1) stopping the ADSM server

2) running
DSMSERV AUDIT DB DETAIL=3DYES
 (or is it:
DSMSERV AUDITDB DETAIL=3DYES ??
 please consult manuals fisrt)

You may want to redirect the output to a log file.
Depending on your hardware and databese size this can take
long, even days!
(for me, 2xPentium II/333 & 512MBRAM & 4GB DB it costs about 5 hours)

3) starting the server,
 DISABLE SESSIONS
immediately,

4) AUDIT VOLUME FIX=3DYES
for ALL disk volumes
as well as for all suspicious tape volumes

5) ENABLE SESSIONS
