NOT exactly so.
1. TDP DOMINO use different API. API R5 domino is different.
2. TDP Domio archive transaction logs !
3. It doesn't increment the Domino DB document after document -takes a
whole file like
    ADSM baclient does it.
4. TDP DOmino can Restore and backup the OPEN Domino DB files, restore them
also  (on-line),
    and activate -put into Domino operations instead of currnt copy of this
database which is currently open.
5, The perfromance - like for DSMC -near 800 kb/sec backup, 700 -restore.
