Taking your description verbatim, the answer IS no.
Why you ask? STGPOOL is dependent on DEVCLASS definitions which are reliant
upon a SINGLE library definition.
So what's the alternative???
This is where migration comes into play. Allowing you to store CLIENT data
amongst two separate STGPOOLS which could mean separate libraries.
