This is one of those nasty hacks that the GUI can do which the command
line cannot do.  Yes, it has been known to happen.  The only other
suggestion
if you want that information like that would be to attempt a retrieve with
a -pick option

Otherwise, you may be forced to run with a SELECT command using the
admin client.
