I have found IBM's 3570 very reliable and a great fit for a small
environment.  It has two drives (very handy), a robot with a
barcode reader (also very handy), and a 20 tape capacity.

With the new C-series XL drives you can get up to a maximum
compressed data capacity of 420GB (depending on how compressible
your data is).
