support their software, and not others, unless you're willing to pay
additional
fees of course.  For $$$ they'll do anything.

From the looks of the message at the bottom, either you ran out of storage
space somewhere or ORACLE got cutoff from a connection to a DB
or something (RPC = Remote Prodecure Call).

From ADSM, check you DSMI_LOG file search for the last few messages.
See if you got something like a "Out of server space error".  Check ACTLOG
on
server around that time for similar errors.
