Strictly speaking, the user does not have to be made a member of the
administrator group, but must posess the following rights in order to backup and
restore all files on the machine:

--Back up files and directories
--Restore files and directories
--Restore files and directories
--Manage auditing and security log
--Manage auditing and security log
Users which do not posess these rights can only backup/restore files that they
