moving storage pool to other libray?

Hi!
I would like to move a complete storage pool from one library to another on
the same server under a different name.
I have a pool called POOL1 in library 1 and a pool called POOL2 in library
2. I want to check out all the volumes that belong to POOL1 and check them
into library 2, assigning them to POOL2.
Is this possible? If yes, how?
