While unzipping the latest PTF for Windows NT Client (TSM V3.7.1,
IP21806_FULL.EXE), I get 10 times the message:

Inflating: _Setup.dll
PKZIP: (W7) Warning! file: _Setup.dll already exists.
Overwrite (<Y>es/<N>o/<A>ll/ne<V>er/<R>ename/<Esc>)?

I answer the message with A(ll), but after starting the Setup.exe, I get the
message:

Setup Initialization Error
Setup is unable to find _SETUP.DLL, which is needed to complete the
installation
Error 103

Can anybody help?
