You have the ADSM api.
I assume that the specs for ndmp are available somewhere.
Write a client yourself and sell it to IBM, SSSI or CA <G>.

my opinion is ibm won't because
a) alot of people have been asking for years
b) ibm doesn't do network attached
c) ibm is probably hoping to replace network attached with a SANS

just my opinion AND I REALLY WISH THEY WOULD IMPLEMENT A NDMP AGENT
