dsmcsvc.exe process on NT
1999-09-24 15:07:50
I am seeing a process called dsmcsvc.exe on a Windows NT system take a very
large amount of CPU. In fact, there are two such processes on this system.
1. I believe this process to be the client listener process for the web-shell
client. Is that right?
2. Has anybody else see it take a lot of CPU cycles, just sitting and doing
nothing?
3. In fact, there are TWO instances of the process in my task manager. Is that
normal?
