New filespaces are no problem, if you don't make explicit fs backups
or use the domain stmt with fs names. But watch if you delete a fs and
copy the path to another existing filespace! Example:

fs1: /a/b/c dir /d/e
fs2: /a/b/c/f dir /g

if you copy the files of fs2 to fs1 and delete fs2

fs1: /a/b/c with dirs /d/e and /f/g

and you want to restore data from /a/b/c/f/g which were backed up when
in fs2, you have to qualify the fs name! Otherwise you think your
backup data disappeared. And your active backup data stays in stgpools
until eternity.
