In addition to Jason's DB2 UDB Admin Guide recommendation, remember
those fine "redbooks". Go to www.redbooks.ibm.com and search on
"adsm" or "db2". In particular, there are:
"Using ADSM to Back Up Databases", SG24-4335-03
"Managing VLDB Using DB2 UDB EEE", SG24-5105-00
at a minimum. (Note that the latter goes to the extreme of going
through all the steps of installing and configuring an ADSM system,
as well as finally backing up the DB2 data!)
