3494 tape library manually tape mount

Hi All,

During last 3494 maintanence, operator press 'manual mode' button on 3494, mount
 tape manually but ADSM does not recognize tape is mounted.
In order for ADSM to detect a tape is mounted, is there any step to perform in
ADSM? (eg define a manual library, & define all the 3590 drives assigned to that
 manual library.)
