ADSM management keeps telling us that solid product testing procedures are in
place.  Reality says otherwise, as we keep encountering major functions of
ADSM rendered defective or inoperative.  Having commercial customers go through 
a
whole Export-Import only to encounter a complete gaffe like this is terrible.
It's time for IBM to face the fact that the state of ADSM product testing is
"poor" and is in need of a complete overhaul.  You can't keep failing your
customer base like this.  It makes for a major loss of confidence in the 
product.
