Hi all,

I agree with Joshua the Rlog not beeing freed is the problem of a running
process.

But apart from the log mode I've made the experience (by a bad script) that
the actlog/the actlog buffering must be held somewhere in the Rlog.
Reducing the actlog retention reduces also
the %utilisation in my case.
