Why don't you connect the 3575 to both RS/6000 ?? The 3575 is differential 
SCSI, so you add the ADSM
Server to the HACMP cluster and twintail the 3575.

We have a HACMP ADSM Server implementation on two SP2's with a 3494 and 8x3590 
Tape drives witch
are twintailed to a node in each SP2. This should work without big problems.
