Hi all....

For some odd reason, the query event command in 3.1.2.40 suddenly stopped
reporting all events... It worked fine at about 7.30 this morning, and
now, it doesn't show *any* events (exceptions or otherwise) for two of my
Policy domains.  All others are reported properly.  An inspection of the
activity log shows that there are still events out there that should be
reported by q ev. (ie, have occured more recently than the Event Record
Retention period)

Has anyone else run into this?
