Y2k testing - and expiration

Subject: Y2k testing - and expiration

Y2k testing was performed on one of our servers.  ADSM backups ran while the
server date was Jan, 2000.
Is there any way to prevent expiration of the current, 1999 backups?
We are at ADSM rel 3 for AIX.
