Hi Ginny,  There were two APAR's (PQ23528 and PQ24435) which reported abend
conditions
during mount point preemption while running reclamation.   I've seen a situation
where the
a persistant spin loop within  Compare Swap serialization logic hung a
session/process.  The spin loop
occurred instead of the abend in this particular case because the storage
representing the condition
being signalled was overlayed.  The same overlayed causes the thread  to abend
if and only if it occurs
after making it through the signalling.   If it happens again take a COMM
dump...
