What is the current status of the MPTHREADING option for ADSM 3.1 at
level 2.40 running on an OS390 2.5 system?  The tuning guide say TCPIP
3.1 is single threaded.  Is that still true of OS390 2.5 tcpip? ADSM is
regularly using a complete cpu.  Will the MPTHREADING help?  Have the
bugs been worked out of the MPTHREADING code?
