Hi,
I just installed ADSM Server 3.1 on my Solaris 2.6 box and tried to backup with
dsm and with "ba db t=f devc=4mm_cl", resulting in:

ANR4571E Database backup/restore terminated - insufficient number of mount
points available for removable media.

Nearly the same message appears after starting a backup with dsm.

The device is a DDS-3 SUN DAT drive.

Here some other hopefully useful information:

Any idea what's going on there ?

Thanks,

Bernd

P.S. a "label libv 4mm_man adsm01" runs without any erros. I defined the drive
with:
adsm> def drive 4mm_man 4mm_drv device=/dev/rmt/0
and the devclass with:
adsm> def devc 4mm_cl devt=4mm libr=4mm_man format=DDS3C
