3570 restore on AS400 server

We are in the process of implementing ADSM on the AS400. I am testing a
restore from tape on a 3570 tape drive to a windows 95 client. I am getting
very poor performance. About 10meg/hour. Does anyone have any ideas and/or
experiences with this configuration?
