Jesse,

Make sure the C$, D$, E$, etc. shares are still defined.
Sometimes these are removed.  The Exchange Agent
uses these shares to access the database and log files.
If that doesn't appear to be the problem...try stopping
all of your Exchange Services (including the System Attendant)
and restarting.  If that doesn't clear it up, try rebooting
the machine.  If you are still having problems,
you should call IBM or Microsoft Service.
In this case, the Exchange Agent is simply
reflecting an error message back that the
Exchange Server is giving to it.
