You may want to take a look at setting up a reclaim pool for each of the
drives. The reclaim pool must be a sequential file device. Set the reclaim
pool to migrate back to the tape drive, set the hi to 0 and the low to 0 so
you don't hang stuff out on the reclaim pool.
