There is no HSM function in the ADSM Win32 client.

There was an NT HSM solution that worked with ADSM from a 3rd party vendor,
Avail systems.
That was bought by Wang.  Then it was bought by Kodak.  (Actually I don't
remember which came first.)
Then by Seagate.  ANd this has all happened in the last 2 years.

Right now the Seagate 3rd party HSM solution is the only one available for
NT.
I think most vendors are taking a "wait for WinNT 5/2000" stance.
