Keep in mind that ADSM will devote a thread to each database "volume", and
so there is opportunity for processing overlap with multiple files instead
of one, but obviously not absolutely concurrent because of the single disk.
At least one disk operation can occur while the other is being set up, so
there can be some gain with multiple file-volumes.
