What I woould do for the bindery, just to be sure, is first back it up using 
the BINDFIX utility, then if you don't get the bindery transferred using ADSM, 
do a BINDREST to restore it.

Dear Users

I figure what will be the correct procedure to restore a Novell Client 3.12
will all the data to a new machine with Novell 3.20

My old machine is named NOVSW       - 3.12
My new machine is named NOVSWSIUD   - 3.20

1. In NOVSW : set access backup sys:/* NOVSWSIUD
2. In NOVSWSIUD : restore -fromn=NOVSW haifa-sw\sys:/* -rep=no -su=yes -vol
Will it be sufficient and what about the bindery  !!!!!!!!!
