I can't get my ADSM server to start.  Here's the messages I get:

Something is badly wrong with this system.  The assigned recovery log
capacity should be 500MB, not 8MB, so I suppose that for whatever
reason I've lost both the primary log and the mirror and only have the
log space that was defined when I installed the server.  Environment is
WinNT 4.0 SP3.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
