Thomas - In your 'BAckup STGpool', gauge your MAXPRocess value per the
number of nodes involved, to maximize parallelism and try to
get that work done outside of any client activity like Backups/Archives.
As usual, maximize your database Cache Hit Pct. to minimize time.
