How do you know this is what happened?  Did you look at the activity log for
the reclamation process and see that the current output volume was indeed
the volume belonging to TAPEPOOL?  If you do a q vol f=d on that volume is
really in TAPEPOOL?

This seems mucho strange to me and I don't know how it could have happened.
Let's look at tha actlog and see what we see.
