This is the first thing that I had tried, but I am just getting the same
problem, have IBM looking at this as well now....But any ideas would be
appreciated.

I've run into this before and it usually means my recovery
log needs to be
extended (on OS390). It's disconcerting because you have to
create an
extension using DSMFMT and then bring up the server using
"EXTEND" in the
PARM. This is what it looks like on OS390:
//SERVER EXEC PGM=DSMSERV,PARM='/EXTEND LOG ADSM.RCVR6LOG

// DYNAMNBR=300,TIME=1440,REGION=128M
I'm sure the parm looks different on NT but you get the
drift. This usually
gets us up and going -- then we have to figure out why we
ran out of log
space to begin with....good luck.
