Like all things to do with a system that touches everyone in the company
(e-mail and backups!) make sure you test things first.....

Having said that, we have had a good deal fewer problems backing up our
Exchange servers with ADSM and the Connect Agent than we did when using
Backup Exec.

Reliability good and performance excellent (up to 24 GByte / hour across a
dedicated 100MBit full duplex segment).
