This is a bug in the Excange Agent. I believe that there is a documented
APAR for this.
The Exchange Agent is not passing back the correct error msg. In this
instance I believe that it should be passing back
"Out of RPC Resources".
I've seen this happen if we try to do backups when either Microsoft's
Loadsim.exe is running or if a lot of mailbox moves are being carried
out.

Check with your Exchange Administrators to see if they are doing
something
of a load intensive nature on the Exchange Server.

        I have experienced exchange backup fail for several times
recently.

        event viewer shows DS and IS backup successful. Excsincr.log in
Agentexc
        directory shows:

        Status: Exchange Error: The operation was successful

        I didn't get backup. This is a schedule backup.
        Any help are appeciated. Thank you in advance.
