Please, folks, when posting client problems to the list, say what your
client level is.  Year-old APAR IC20684 addresses this problem.
The developer compiled the client with the wrong flag, so didn't get
64-bit support, and so the 4GB file values could not fit into the
32-bit stat structure fields.
