ADSM-L

Hi Malkit,

I installed TDP some days ago and run some tests with it. Here's my first
impression:

usage: with GUI: very easy, command files are also possible but there are a loot
of options to take care of

performance: excellent - on a smaller NT box it drives our EXB Eliant to almost
max. speed

ADSM integration: works but I'd call it weak. I am really looking forward to the
option (like DRMimage) pushing my data to the ADSM server instead to a local
tape drive.

summary:
excellent tool for NT servers or "big" workstations that have a local tape drive
attached. Savce the OS with TDP scheduled and monitored by ADSM and save the
rest of your data with the b/a client to ADSM.

If you have any further questions...

Mit freundlichem Gruss/Best Regards
