Be aware that competition is using proprietary software. If Microsoft comes out with a new version of exchange the odds are that they won't work anymore.

In fact, this is a high priority because competition has it implemented and
ADSM doesn't. Earlier discussion on this list convinced me it is not THAT
important for site backup and maintanence.
