John,

You may want to query the database to find the objects listed in
the ANS1228E message, and determine to what, if any, management
class these directories are currently bound.

About six months ago we had a case where we were receiving
similar messages. As it turned out, the directories in question
had been deleted from the filesystem, and they had an invalid
management class name in the ADSM database. What we ended up
having to do was recreate the directories and do a selective
backup, in order to force a new, valid, management class on them.
Then we deleted them and were able to clear up the errors. Not a
real straightforward thing, but fairly simple to do.

I don't know if this is at all related. We never did figure out
how the entries could have gotten an invalid management class in
the database in the first place.
