Read me file for NT intel 3.1 0.7 client states following limitation:

  - ADSM can only support files whose names contain characters that are
within
    the "native" code page for the machine that ADSM is running on. For
    example, in order to back up files whose names contain Korean language
    characters, the ADSM client must be running on a Korean Windows NT
system.
    In order to back up files whose names contain Latin 2 (Czech, Hungarian,
    etc.) characters, ADSM must be running on a Latin 2 system.


Our network implementation has an install of about 300 NT file and print
servers around the globe all running English.  W95 workstations may run
various languages/code pages (English, Japanese, Korean, French, etc).
Workstations are not backed up.  Users are required to store anything
needing backup on their local file and print server.

Does limitation stated above preclude the use of ADSM on these mixed code
page environments?
