Can you tell me what the message below is trying to tell me. I did not
think that making an archive would require a lengthy preparation.....

ANS5148W The server needs to do a one-time conversion of your archive data
before you can continue. This operation may take a long time, and cannot be
cancelled once it has been started. Are you willing to wait for the
conversion to complete?

Any idea how long it will take, considering that I don't think I have any
archive data on the server?

I was using the Xwindows client interface (3.1 level 0.5) on one of the
HP9000 machines and I wanted to (try to) archive some data.
